This Rega Cartridge Alignment Protractor is a simple, affordable alignment protractor and the same as supplied with many of their turntables. Made from thick paper/thin card, it is suitable for use with any of their straight tonearms (i.e. RB250, RB300, RB220, RB330, RB880 etc).
It's very easy to use, place the hole over the turntable spindle, rotate the protractor on the platter till the outline of the headshell matches the headshell then lower the stylus onto the protractor, move the cartridge in the headshell until the stylus is on the cross hair, the cartridge body and the headshell are all square to the protractor.
