This is a listing for a used Quadraspire Q4 Hi-Fi rack in cherry. As you can see from the pictures, it does have various marks on it - hence the low price. These issue are purely cosmetic however, with the rack maintaining the sturdiness and great sound that Quadraspire are known for!
If it isn't clear from the pictures, the bottom shelf gap (which of course can be moved) is smaller than the two above it.
