Pro-Ject 6 PerspeX Balanced Turntable & Superpack version

The 6 PerspeX Balanced is the latest version of the striking 6 PerspeX SB turntable. It is now supplied 'Balanced' wiring ready enabling it to be used with both balanced and single ended input phono stages.

A Superpack version is available which includes upgrades of a value of almost £1,000, and includes an MC cartridge (Pro-Ject Pick-It MC3) which is prefitted and the tonearm is upgraded to the 9CC Evo HG with improved bearings and a stunning appearance thanks to its polished metalwork.

The 6 PerspeX turntable is a stylish turntable with some quite novel design elements. Magnetically suspended above the clear acrylic chassis is a Corian sub chassis, a hard and rigid material well suited to this particular application. The platter is vinyl topped, making it an ideal impedance match to an LP and the use of a screw down clamp helps reduce the problems with warped records. The tonearm included is the carbon fibre 9CC Evolution (or 9CC Evolution HG on the Superpack) and the AC motor includes electronic speed switching.
