The Reference Red is an interconnect designed and manufactured by Ortofon Japan. The design uses a combination of the 4N OFC (Oxygen Free Copper) and 4N HiFC (High Performance Pure Copper) and in keeping with the Reference Red range produce a natural, rich and well balanced sound.

The Reference Red is surrounded by shield of both 16 sets of 0.1 mm x 10 copper wires and aluminium foil to reduce electromagnetic induced noise. The gold-plated RCA terminals provide easy, stable, and durable connection.
