Ortofon OM5S MM Cartridge

The OM 5S is the entry level model in this OM series which are instantly recognisable for their iconic 'Concorde' shaped body.

The is the lightest MM cartridge that Ortofon make with a body made from a low mass, low resonance Noryl material. It includes a weight that is housed in the mounting bracket - this is kept in place with most arms, but for very low mass arms it can be removed dropping its mass to just 2.5g

This model features an Spherical diamond stylus and thanks to the removable stylus assembly you can fit a stylus from other models in the range including Stylus 3S, Stylus 5E (as fitted here as standard), Stylus 10, Stylus 20, Stylus 30, Stylus 40 and the 78 RPM only Stylus 78.
