The Cadenza Blue is another stand out model from Ortofon, offering a really special blend of attributes.

Technically the stand out piece of the Blue is a cantilever made of Ruby, which is of course an incredibly stiff material and mounted upon it is a Nude Fine Line FG70 diamond.
Much like the Quintet Black S this is another superb all rounder. It has excellent speed, dynamics and substance - a sense of scale, image size and simple rightness that just makes it get the best results it can from your LPs. It is a very special blend if immediacy, tonality and scale, it can be vividly lifelike yet still kind to poor pressings too.

The compact body is made from a combination of stainless steel and aluminium which serve to damp one another producing a relatively lightweight and extremely rigid housing.

As MC cartridges do not have removable stylus assemblies Ortofon have an 'exchange' scheme where your old worn/damaged Ortofon MC cartridge is used as a credit against any other Ortofon MC cartridge.
