The HP1 is a hi end amplifier from Audion. It uses the same design as the Silver Night 300B SE amplifier but with custom would transformers for driving headphones. It has a truly massive amount of headroom enabling it to drive even the most insensitive headphones thanks to the 300B output stage.

A choke loaded power supply ensures a smooth stiff power supply - the heart of any great amplifier.

It will work with a wide variety of headphone impedance, all switched from different taps on the output transformer.
