Audio Note Oto SE Signature Phono *ex dem* (Click & Connect)

This is our demonstration Oto SE Signature Phono, a wonderful single ended integrated amplifier with inbuilt phono stage.

The Signature version of the Oto takes the design and takes the component level to another level, with improved transformers, capacitors and resistors. The result is a big hitter, with refinement and resolution combined with the innate timing, dynamics and musicality that only the very best single ended amplifiers can achieve. 

A pair of EL84 output valves work in parallel per channel, which produce usable to drive most speakers and a modicum of feedback to help control speakers with less than ideal impedance curves.

This amplifier is in excellent condition, I'd rate it circa 9 out of 10. The normal price is £7,150.00

 As you’d expect with a good single ended amplifier the sound is punchy and dynamic, whilst still being very natural and expansive. It may lack the completely grain less mid band of a 300B SE amplifier but it’s an exceptionally neat package and so involving to listen to that dissecting the minutiae of its performance seems to be missing the point. The phono stage is a very good quality design too, and not simply an afterthought like many. A fractionally more powerful push pull version is available, but we would always recommend this SE version for the best sound quality.
