Following the discontinuation of the 'entry level' AN-SPA speaker cable, the AN-SPE is now the starting point for silver speaker cables in the Audio Note range, and it's a great way to kick of a series of superb cables.

Like all of the upper level cables in the range it's a litz design, meaning each of the very fine strands has its own thin layer of (polyurethane) insulation. These strands are made from 99.99% pure silver and there are 19 of them in this cable, twisted to form the conductor a single cable.

This means two separate cables are required per speaker for single wiring and four for bi-wiring. These cables can be lightly twisted together (my preference) or left well spaced. If twisting then we can cover them in expandable sleeving of a variety of colours at an additional cost.

AN-SPE is a cable that combines the fine detail, delicacy and air that only silver seems to be able to transmit, with a smoothness and transparency to the mid band that is beguiling, whilst the 19 strands brings sufficient cross section to impart enough warmth and weight to the sound to be well balanced.

These cables are available to order in any length in 0.5m increments, so if the amount you require is not shown here please just ask.

We can sell this cable unterminated, but due to the litz coating it is a very tricky to terminate correctly without the right experience/tools.
