The Hyper Duo R1 features a symmetrical pseudo-balanced cable design, where the signal and ground use the same type of conductors (i.e. not a coaxial construction) and are individually shielded with their own woven OFC braids. The conductors are insulated with a high quality wideband foamed Polyethylene dielectric.
The screen connection tied to one end only, to ensure noise is sunk efficiently from it. The conductors are stranded Superior Ohno Continuous Cast (OCC) copper.
The 'Ultra' RCA plugs feature plated OCC copper pins.
